How can we help? 👋

👥  Set a sign-in mode

You can use 3 different sign-in modes: trainee, group and anonymous. 😶‍🌫️

🌈  Types of sign-in modes

👤 Trainee sign-in

Trainees can sign in with their personal 6-digit code. You can hide the Delete download button on the scenario screen, to prevent trainees deleting scenarios from your device.

ℹ️  This mode works offline as well.

👥  Group sign-in

When you link a group to the shared device, the trainees that are part of that group will be listed in the shared device. When a trainee picks up the shared device, they only have to select their name to see the scenario(s) and/or course(s) that are linked to the group.

It’s also possible to link multiple groups to one shared device. If a trainee is part of multiple groups, they need to first select the group and then see the list of trainees that are linked to that group.

If a trainee is done with the shared device and another trainee should use it next, they should click the “Switch user” button which will take them to the list of all trainees’ names, where they can select their own name. ✅

You can also hide Delete download button on the scenario screen and automatically sign out trainees when the device goes to sleep (only for VR headsets).

😶‍🌫️  Anonymous sign-in

A device is directly signed in when using an anonymous mode, which means the trainee is anonymous as well. There is no signing out of an anonymous mode.

Same as the group sign-in mode, you can select scenario(s) and/or course(s) and you can hide the Delete download button on the scenario screen.

ℹ️  This mode works offline as well.
