🔼 Upgrading and downgrading

📈 Upgrade subscription


  • Upgrading from Start to Enterprise plan ➡️ This action can be done at any point in your already existing subscription. There is no need to wait for the renewal period. Any existing credit will be managed on a new invoice and only the difference between the plans will be charged. This also means that if you opt for an annual subscription of the higher plan, 10% discount will also be applied.
  • Upgrading from a monthly to a yearly subscription ➡️ This action can be done at any point in your already existing subscription. There is no need to wait for the renewal period. Any existing credit will be managed on a new invoice and only the difference between the plans will be charged. This also means that a 10% discount for annual subscription will also be applied.
  • Purchase more published scenario slots and/or workspaces ➡️ This action can be done at any point in your already existing subscription. The new slots/workspaces will be added to your existing subscription and will be charged only for the remaining period of it. There is no 10% annual discount.

📉 Downgrade subscription


  • Downgrading from Enterprise to Start plan ➡️ This action can be done at any point in your already existing subscription, but will be applied from the next subscription period. For example, if you’re subscribed to a monthly subscription, then the change will be applied in the following month. If you’ve subscribed to an annual subscription, then the change will be applied in the new subscription year.
  • Downgrading from an annual to a monthly subscription ➡️ This action can be done at any point in your already existing subscription, but will be applied from the next subscription period.
  • Lower the amount of published scenario slots and/or workspaces ➡️ This action can be done at any point in your already existing subscription, but will be applied from the next subscription period.
