Warp VR offers different subscription plans for businesses, enterprises, educational institutions, and non-profit organisations. All plans provide access to Warp Studio for creating, managing and publishing immersive training.

All plans include:

• Unlimited creation - you can create as many draft scenarios as you need
• Unlimited trainees - no limit on the number of learners
• Unlimited views - no limit on how often learners play scenarios

The plans mainly differ in the capacity of active scenarios, level of administration, security, support and additional features included.

Business & Enterprise

Start

The Start plan is designed for organisations getting started with immersive learning. It includes the core tools needed to create, test, publish and analyse VR training, including:

• 10 creators
• Unlimited media storage
• Custom branding
• Add and manage workspaces
• Public groups for reaching learners anywhere
• 1 hour onboarding kick-off

Team

Designed for growing teams that need more collaboration and integration. It includes everything in Start, plus:

• Unlimited creators
• User roles and permissions
• Full workspace activity history
• LMS integration included via SCORM, LTI and xAPI
• Custom integrations through the Warp VR API
• Premium support and a personal Customer Success Manager

Enterprise

Enterprise is designed for larger organisations with advanced security, compliance and administration requirements. It includes everything in Team, plus:

• Unlimited creators
• Advanced security and administration
• Audit and security logs
• Custom security controls
• SSO and SCIM as add-ons

Education & Non-profit

EDU Start

EDU Start provides the core Warp VR tools for educational institutions and non-profit organisations, including:

• Unlimited creators, trainees and views
• Unlimited scenes and media storage
• Full scenario creation and editing tools
• LMS integration
• Training analytics
• Custom branding
• Sharing scenarios with other workspaces
• Reaching learners anywhere with public groups
• Control access with user roles and permissions
• Full history of all workspace activity
• Kick off with a free 1-hour onboarding meeting

EDU Unlimited

EDU Unlimited is designed for the whole institution, faculty or college. It includes everything in EDU Start, plus:

• Unlimited published scenarios
• Custom integrations with the Warp VR API
• Premium support and a personal Customer Success Manager
• Single Sign-On and automate user provisioning with SCIM, as add-ons
• Compliance requirements with detailed audit and security logs
• Privacy and security assessments
• Two-factor authentication across all users

Add-on & other

Depending on your plan, you can expand your subscription with additional active scenario slots, workspaces, SSO and SCIM integrations.

Additionally, you can subscribe to some of our add-on features, such as: LMS integration (not included in Start plan) and the Remote View feature.

Free plan

Before purchasing a subscription, you can explore Warp VR through a free trial. The trial gives you access to Warp Studio so you can create and test your own scenarios and get familiar with the platform before choosing a subscription. It gives access to 3 creators to test scenario creation.
