Articles on: 🪂 Play a VR scenario

▶️ Give access to play a scenario

There are a few ways to give scenario access to your trainees:
Invite them via email.
Send them a public registration link.
Invite them via an LMS system.
Set up shared devices.

📬 Invite via email

In order to invite trainees to play specific scenarios, make sure you have created a group with these scenarios added to that group. Than:
Navigate to the Trainees page and click the Add user button in the top right.
Fill in the email address and select the Next button.
Fill in the First name and Last name, optionally add a unique Employee no. and assign the Trainee role.
Add the group which contains the right scenarios.
Click Confirm
After a few minutes, trainees will receive an email invitation that will invite them to play the scenario.

Unlike the previous example, with the public registration link trainees can add themselves to the group with the assigned scenario, by entering their own email address. Please check here more on how to create a public registration link. After trainees entered their email address, they receive an email with instructions to start playing.

🖥️ LMS system access

An LMS integration will allow trainees to launch scenarios from their LMS and play on any device. Once the scenario is launched from the LMS, the trainee receives a 6-digit code and can fill in tis code in the Warp VR app. Please check here more on how to integrate with an LMS.

🥽 Shared devices

If your trainees use VR headsets in a training room where the headsets are going to be shared, then registering your VR headsets as shared devices to make scenario access a lot easier. Please check here more on how to set up shared devices.
