A public registration link can be used to easily share a group with a large group of users, for instance colleagues or event visitors. Through this link users can register themselves and get access to all scenarios available in that group. Playing via public link in a browser can also be anonymous, without the need to sign-in, For this feature, please contact our team.

Create a public registration link by clicking the three dots 🚥 next to the group title. Click Registration link settings and enable the button to green. Warp Studio will then generate an URL that you can copy and share.

🪁 Share a public registration link

Recipients of a public registration link can visit a website with information about the scenario(s) and course(s) linked to the group. Here they can click on Play scenario ▶️  and fill in their email address, after which they will receive an invitation email with login details. In Warp Studio, a trainee will be created with the specified email address.
