📲 What are shared devices?

When VR devices are shared (for instance in a classroom), it can be challenging to have everyone sign in and sign out in the Warp VR app to keep track on who plays what. Or maybe you don't need to keep track and you would like have an anonymous sign in, but still show the right scenarios. Now you can, with 'Shared devices'.

📱  What are shared devices

Shared devices help training manager to set up their shared VR headsets, before they are being used. Shared devices can help with:
Setting a sign-mode to more easily have trainees sign in and out of the VR headset or to choose for anonymous sign in. More information here on setting sign-in modes..
Select specific groups with scenarios a device needs access to.
Set specific device settings, such as 'Hiding the delete download button'

Shared devices is compatible with our apps for VR headsets, smartphone and tablet. 👍

⚠️  Although scenarios can always be played offline, an active internet connection is required for sign in and out.
