⏩ Share a Bundle

In this article:

  1. Add a workspace
  2. Configure license & share
  3. What happens on the clients' side
  4. Manage your shared bundles

Once you’ve created a bundle, you can share it with other workspaces. This allows them to access the scenarios and/or courses included in your bundle.

Sharing a bundle lets you define which workspace gets access and under what license conditions.

❗️Before you begin

Make sure:

  • Your bundle is already created
  • You have access to the target workspace (e.g. it’s a managed workspace or previously connected).

🆕 Step 1: Add a workspace

  • Go to Bundles
  • Select the bundle you want to share
  • Open the bundle details (sidebar)
  • In the bundle view, go to Workspaces
  • Click Add workspace
  • Select the workspace you want to share the bundle with

💡 You will only see workspaces you have a relationship with. If you can’t find a workspace, it may need to be added as a managed workspace first. You can do this yourself from your Workspace settings, or contact us.

▶️ Step 2: Configure License Settings & Share

If your bundle uses a device or trainees license, you’ll now define how many licenses this specific workspace receives.

  • Enter the number of licenses (e.g. number of devices)
  • Confirm your selection

💡 If your bundle uses an unlimited license, this step is skipped.

  • Click Confirm
  • The bundle is now shared with the selected workspace

❓ What happens on the client’s side?

  • The client workspace receives access to the bundle immediately
  • Scenarios and courses appear in their content overview with a “Shared” label
  • They can: View the content, add it to groups, devices, or users for playing
  • They cannot edit or duplicate the scenario flow of the shared content
  • They will always have an overview of how many licences are left

⚙️ Managing Shared Bundles

From the bundle overview, you can:

  • See all workspaces the bundle is shared with
  • Monitor license usage (e.g. how many licenses are in use)
  • Adjust or end access at any time

💡 Additional notes

  • Each workspace can have different license limits for the same bundle
  • Sharing a bundle does not automatically assign it to users. Clients must still distribute content via groups or devices
  • Both the sender and receiver are notified when a bundle is shared
