🪴 Set up a Bundle

In this article:

  1. How to create a new Bundle
  2. Select the license type
  3. Add content to the Bundle

Bundles allow you to group multiple scenarios and/or courses into one license package and share them with other workspaces. This is useful when training content needs to be distributed to your clients or other teams.

❗️Before you begin

Make sure:

  • You have access to the Bundles feature in your workspace. Please contact our team to enable this access.
  • Your scenarios and/or courses are published (only published content can be added to a bundle).

🆕 Step 1: Create a new Bundle

  • Sign-in to your workspace
  • Navigate to **Bundles **in the menu on top
  • Click + New Bundle
  • Enter a Bundle name

ℹ️ Step 2: Select license type

You’ll need to choose how access to your bundle is managed, by selecting one of the two types of licenses:

Unlimited License

  • No restrictions on usage
  • No license limits or renewal settings

Note: Number of licences is not applicable to the unlimited options, due to being unlimited.

Device/Trainees License

  • Limits whether devices or trainees can use the content
  • Here you can select the License duration (e.g. monthly, yearly)
  • You can also select the Renewal period (e.g. every month)
👉 The number of licenses is not set here. It is defined later when sharing the bundle with a specific workspace. See 'How to share a bundle'.

▶️ Step 3: Add Content to the Bundle

  • Click Add content
  • Select the scenarios and/or courses you want to include
  • Confirm your selection

Your bundle can contain:

  • Only scenarios
  • Only courses
  • A mix of both

👉 After this step, you can Save your Bundle.

💡 Additional notes

  • A bundle can be shared with multiple workspaces
  • Each workspace can receive different license settings
  • You can always view and manage where your bundle is shared from the bundle overview
