A public registration link can be used to easily share a group with a large group of users, for instance colleagues or event visitors. Through this link users can register themselves and get access to all scenarios available in that group.

Create a public registration link by clicking the three dots 🚥 next to the group title. Click Registration link settings and enable the button to green. Warp Studio will then generate an URL that you can copy and share.

🪁 Share a public registration link

Recipients of a public registration link can visit a website with information about the scenario(s) and course(s) linked to the group. Here they can click on Play scenario ▶️  and fill in their email address, after which they will receive an invitation email with login details. In Warp Studio, a trainee will be created with the specified email address.
