📲 Distribute your scenario
In this article:
There are a few things to consider when deploying your training to your targeted audience.
🪂 Giving access
According to your device and training preferences, it's important to understand the different methods of giving access (email invites, registration links, LMS integration, or shared devices), how a trainee can start playing a scenario on any device using the Warp VR app or web player, as well as how to generate 6-digit login codes to join scenarios quickly and securely.
👉 Please check the details for each of these topics on this page.
📱 Devices
Warp VR supports a range of devices, from VR headsets to smartphones, tablets, and even desktops or laptops. Choosing the right device is crucial for an effective training experience. While VR headsets offer the most immersive experience, deploying desktops might be more practical for training a large number of employees. According to Warp VR's client data, 60% of training sessions are completed on VR headsets, 20% on smartphones and tablets, and the remaining on desktop computers.

👉 If you use VR headsets in a common training environment (room), they can also be setup as shared devices, with different login options. Please read more about shared devices on this page.
🔗 LMS integration
An LMS integration allows trainees to securely launch scenarios right from the LMS and play them on any device. Next to launching scenarios, this LMS integration also ensures that scores are being synchronized between your LMS and Warp Studio.
Warp VR supports integration through SCORM 1.2, LTI 1.1, xAPI and more advanced integrations through our own Warp VR API.
